I’m a Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry. My skills lie in individual psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, and psychometric testing. I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. I’m experienced in working not only with clinical populations in the hospital setting but also in delivering training modules to young adult populations. I enjoy working with individuals in the areas of self-awareness, stress management, and mental health, to name a few. Additionally, I’m trained in the practice of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and use psychological paradigms that help stimulate a sense of long-term effectiveness and well-being in the audience.
