I'm currently pursuing my BA( Hons.) Applied Psychology from Amity University Noida. I believe that accurate literacy of mental health is still lacking behind and this gap can be overcomed by creating more and more awareness among people. Also, along with the mental health awareness the aspect of mental ill - health prevention should also be taken up in account . Mental health should the the part of our priority list and we should never take it for granted.
