About 45% of those with depression received CBT treatment. This article talks about how these talking therapies can be a future to lower rate cardiovascular diseases. These cardiovascular diseases, in our opinion, are the leading causes of death globally. Researchers found that these illnesses were responsible for 32% of all fatalities. Along with that, many research also claimed that among the people who have depression, 72% of them have the chance of developing heart disease in the future.
