Puducherry, India: Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Puducherry Campus, is hosting an International Conference on Correctional Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms (ICCRPR-2025) from 5th to 7th November 2025. With the overarching theme “Transformational Frameworks in Correctional Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms: Need for Self-Sustained Mechanism.” The conference will initiate dialogue, innovation, and action in correctional systems worldwide.
About the Venue and Organisers
The conference will be hosted at the RRU Puducherry Campus, which is situated in the Puducherry Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (PIHMCT), with future expansion to a permanent location at Puducherry Technological University. Organised by the School of Behavioural Sciences and Forensic Investigations (SBSFI), RRU — an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs — aims to bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss reformative ideas that improve correctional systems globally.
