Brief Profile Having an experience of over six years in the area of research and above five years of experience in the field of education. Committed to delivering client-centred support that gradually empowers individuals and enables them to make informed decisions. Have been actively involved in providing Counselling to the children with special needs and their parents. Also actively engaged in providing counselling related to behaviour modification techniques. As a person having passion towards counselling. Besides that I have also been the resource person in various universities and NGOs and given the talks related to mental health, personality and leadership styles and adolescent issues. As an academician I have participated in more than 30 National and International Conferences/ Seminars and workshops. Have presented research papers and have also been awarded with best paper presentation at an International Conference organized by BHU, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and also got awarded with best paper presentation at an International Conference organized by Calcutta University, kolkata. Areas of interest include adolescent counselling, cognitive psychology and clinical psychology.
