She believes in individuals capability to change and is passionate about serving the field of mental health as a cousnelling psychologist/researcher with an aim of fostering positive mental health and well-being of community.Based on her personal experience of visiting a counsellor and practice for so many years she believes that people start to heal the moment they feel heard.Her preffered style of counselling is based on electic/integrative approach.
