He earned his M.Phil. in Measurement & Statistics and Psychology, and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from RINPAS, Kanke, Ranchi. Dr. Singh has published more than 30 articles in various journals and has written five psychology textbooks published by Novelty Co., Patna, Bihar.
