Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to feel satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy is valid for 07 days from the date of purchase. If 07 days pass, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange. The refund process will take 07–10 working days after the refund is approved.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered. It must also include original packaging and all accessories or documents originally provided.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain categories of products and services are not eligible for return or refund due to their nature or legal restrictions. These include:
- Physical newspapers or magazines
- Digital and consumable products (such as eMagazines)
- Downloadable content or software
- Advertisements or guest post editorial services
- Gift cards
Once a digital product is accessed, downloaded, or delivered electronically, no refund will be applicable.
Proof of Purchase
All returns must include:
- A valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Inspection and Refund Process
After we receive your returned item, our team will assess its condition. You will receive an email notification confirming:
- Receipt of the returned item
- Approval or rejection of the refund request based on inspection
If your refund is approved:
- A credit will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund process will take up to 07–10 working days
If the refund is rejected due to non-compliance with the policy (e.g., product used, damaged, or incomplete), we will inform you of the reason.
Sale and Discounted Items
Refunds are only permitted on regular-priced items.
Sale items or products purchased using promotional discounts or offers are strictly non-refundable.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and delivered directly to you:
- You will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product
- Once processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to your registered address
If the gift was not marked as a gift or was delivered to the gift giver:
- The refund will be issued to the purchaser
- The purchaser will be informed of the return

Important notes:
- You are responsible for paying return shipping charges
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with visual proof (images or videos). We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be accepted if the product has not yet been shipped, delivered, or digitally accessed. Once shipped or accessed, refunds will be subject to the above policy.
