In collaboration with Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh (M.P.)The National Academy of Psychology (NAOP) has announced its 3rd Regional Conference on 6th and 7th November 2025 at Dr Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya. The conference aims to draw from indigenous wisdom and modern innovation and explore the intersection of psychological sciences with well-being, sustainable development, and growth.
The conference features keynote sessions by renowned Psychologists, panel discussions, research papers, poster sessions and networking opportunities. Thus, inviting academicians, scholars, and students to the conference theme “Man-Making to Nation-Building: Psychological Sciences for Sustainable Health and Well-being for Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

Pre-conference details
A pre-conference has been notified along with the main conference from the NAOP in collaboration with the university, which will be held on 5th October 2025. A separate registration is required with extra charges. The seats are limited, so first-come, first-served applies. Guidelines
1. Abstract Submission
- Abstract must be in APA format with a word limit ranging from 250 to 300.
- It should include title, author’s name & affiliation and keywords (3-5)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pts and 1.5 spacing
- The submission format is MS Word, and the sub-theme under which the abstract is being submitted must be mentioned
- Note that if the abstract is rejected, it can be revised and submitted again
- The last decision relates to NAOP
2. Paper Submission
- The paper must be 8-11 pages, including references (in standard format)
- The font details are Times New Roman, pt 12, with 1.5 spacing
- File submission needs to be in MS Word
- The theme has to be clearly indicated
3. Poster submission
- 23X48 inches portrait orientation is the required poster size
- Poster should be visible from 2 2-meter distance and concise & visually engaging
- Poster must include paper title, introduction, background, objective, methodology, results, discussion, implications, and references (if required)
- Language could be Hindi or English
- The theme needs to be clearly mentioned

- Size – A0 (33.1 x 46.8 inches) portrait orientation
- Format – laminated/ Flex sheet visible from 3 feet distance

- Abstract submission from 1st September to 1st October 2025
- Notification of acceptance – 5th October
- Full paper submission – 20th October 2025

- If members of NAOP – 400/- before 30th September, 500/- on spot registration and 300/- for online mode of presentation.
- If non-NAOP 600/- before 30th September, 700/- on spot registration and 400/- for online mode of presentation.
2. For research scholars
- If members of NAOP – 900/- before 30th September, 1100/- on spot registration and 600/- for online mode of presentation.
- If non-NAOP 1200/- before 30th September, 1400/- on spot registration and 800/- for online mode of presentation.
3. For Faculty
- If members of NAOP – 1400/- before 30th September, 1600/- on spot registration and 900/- for online mode of presentation.
- If non-NAOP 1800/- before 30th September, 2000/- on spot registration and 1200/- for online mode of presentation
