The author has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience, she has been involved in conducting evidence-based research in the area of Emotion Regulation, Trait Meta Mood, Self-esteem to name a few. She also worked as a Data Analyst in the CARE India project and was also a Co-Investigator in an In-house Project of Amity University. Dr. Ridhima also served as a Project Officer- Research in GFATM R-7, Saksham Project in Department of Psychology, Lucknow University. She completed a certificate course on Research Methodology by NEISBUD, organized by the Government of India. She has also organized many one-week workshops on Qualitative and Quantitative Research methods. She has published research articles in SCOPUS indexed and other referred peer-reviewed national and international journals and presented her research from time to time on various platforms. She received Gold Medal at Master's level and was also the recipient of UGC NET JRF and SRF for completing her Ph. D.
