I am Ms. Abhilasha, a practicing Clinical Psychologist based in Jaipur. My professional journey has led me to specialize in a wide range of conditions, including psychiatric issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Phobia, Panic Attacks, OCD, personality disorders, BPAD, and Psychosis. I'm also skilled in addressing environmental challenges like Adjustment disorders and relationship issues, as well as developmental concerns such as ADHD, Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Learning Difficulties.

In my practice, I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Relaxation Techniques, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), among others. My expertise extends to conducting psychological assessments, encompassing tools like Rating Scales, Projective Tests, Personality Assessments, and Conflict Assessments.
