The foundation of my treatment is based on a holistic biopsychosocial approach, specifically one focused on fitting the treatment plan to accommodate the client's special needs. Every individual is unique, and understanding their psychological, biological, and social factors is crucial in providing effective therapy.
My journey as a clinical psychologist began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and helping others overcome their challenges. I pursued my M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the esteemed School of Allied Health Sciences at KMC Manipal. This program gave me a comprehensive understanding of psychological theories, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
Throughout my academic journey, I had the opportunity to engage in various clinical placements, working with diverse populations and mental health concerns. These experiences allowed me to witness the transformative power of therapy and solidified my commitment to helping individuals improve their psychological well-being.
