I am a Clinical Psychologist and currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology from CHRIST Deemed to be University, Bangalore. I work with people who have mental health concerns and specialize in treating childhood disorders. I am primarily interested in researching the ways of promoting sound mental health among the society so that they don’t deviate from so-called ‘normalcy’. My previous research has focused on the stress among police personnel, social freedom as well as menstrual distress experienced by women. As a PhD scholar, my current research is aimed at understanding the effectiveness of Animal Assisted Therapy in the clinical population.
