Association for Psychological Sciences and Practice (APSP), India, has announced its first annual conference on the theme “Advancing Mental Health through Contemporary Psychological Approaches” being held on 13th & 14th March 2026. The venue of the conference is offline at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Department of Psychology. 

The conference aims to bring together students, professionals, scholars, and academicians to present their research work that focuses on contemporary psychological issues (empirical research, theoretical frameworks, innovative practices). It also includes discussions on challenges faced in the field, such as a lack of regulation, inadequate policy implementation, and underrecognition of sub-domains beyond clinical psychology. Thus, encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue.

Abstract submission 

The following points need to be considered while submitting an abstract:

  • The abstract must be based on Empirical Research (Qualitative/ Quantitative/ Experimental)
  • Submission must align with the theme of the conference and any sub-themes 
  • It must be the original work of the author/s, and a maximum of four authors can submit one Abstract 
  • Only one presenter per paper is permitted 
  • The abstract should include title, author/s, institution affiliation, background, objectives, hypothesis, design, sampling, data collection, results, implications, and 5 keywords.
  • The abstract would go through peer review for quality and sustainability 

Note – Selected papers will be considered for publication in a reputed ISBN volume.
