FLAME University: National Conference of Psychology 2026

FLAME University has announced a National Conference organised by the Department of Psychological Sciences. The conference will be held on 27th and 28th March 2026 under the theme of “Bridging Theory and Practice Psychology at the Work”. 

Conference Details 

In today’s scenario, the world of work is evolving at a rapid pace and unpredictable changes. These changes are diverse in nature, from digital transformation to push for inclusivity. Along with uncertain change,s the questions regarding identity and belongingness come into play. The conference opened grounds for psychology students, research scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to explore and network with professionals of various domains. 

Objectives of Conference 

The following are the goals of the conference

  • Highlighting that the Psychology of Workplace goes far beyond the traditional understanding of HR or Industrial/Organisational (I/O) Psychology. 
  • Encouraging intersection with various fields such as health psychology, social psychology, mental health studies, organisational behaviour, Culture studies, public policy, and AI. 
  • Gives space to have conversations related to identity, technology, culture, and well-being, emphasising that workplaces are not isolated systems and many factors impact them, especially mental health. 

Conference Theme 

The broader themes of the conference are as follows:

  • Role of AI and technology in the evolving world of work and its relationship with well-being 
  • Cultural and Generational shift in workplaces
  • Policies and practices from Psychology research and well-being 
  • Belonging and identity in the workplace

Conference Schedule 

  •  Last date of Abstract Submission: 31st December 2025
  • Communication of Acceptance: mid or end of January 2026
  • Conference date: 27th & 28th March 2026

Guidelines for Abstract Submission 

To submit an Abstract, the following pointers need to be taken into consideration:

  • The abstract must be submitted in the English language 
  • It should be an original piece of work 
  • Word limit – 500 
  • Abstract must include keywords (at least 4) and title 
  • Abstract template must follow Times New Roman 12 as Font Size with double line spacing. Result and findings needs to be specified. 
  • The submission should be in MS Word format 
  • Include the presenter’s name, affiliation, email and phone number 
  • Details of the co-author must be specified 

Note: after reviewing the abstract, the submission would be considered for oral and poster presentations.

  • Students: Rs. 1800/-
  • Professionals: Rs. 4000/-

3. Early bird registration for International Participants (until 1st March 2026)

  • Students: 50 USD
  • Professionals: 100 USD

4. Late registration for International Participants (after 1st March 2026)

  • Students: 70 USD
