A final year undergraduate student with a demonstrated history of working with mental health organisations and in clinical setups.

Keen and enthralled with the continuous process of learning and self-growth, I have found myself involved in hands-on projects with rehabilitation centres, and organizations involved in suicide prevention and awareness, childhood trauma and emotional neglect.

With a thorough foundational educational background in Psychology and other social sciences, coupled with strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills and active listening I am able to nudge my way forward on the learning curve through practical experience.

Ultimately, my prime point in this field is to be able to normalise conversations around mental health and be who I needed when I was younger for other at-risk individuals, changing lives one day at a time.
